PAYMENT POLICY INFORMATION:

We only accept payments via approved ebay payment method from a confirmed shipping address. All payments must be completed no later than 4 days after the items listing has ended. Any payment that has not been completed within the allowed time frame will be the result of a non-payment dispute filed with ebay for resolve.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

International orders are shipped by the Pos Malaysia with a customs identification form ID number for shipment verification. Combined shipping discounts are available for multiple item purchases, some restrictions will apply. Please contact us first for combined shipping. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. 

HANDLING TIME/PROCESS INFORMATION:

Only top quality packing materials used during packaging and handling so your items will always be properly packaged to prevent any unfortunate mishandling during the shipping process. The cost for shipping materials is already included into the shipping & handling costs on every invoice. Handling time on orders are usually processed & shipped out within 3 business day after payment has been completed and confirmed, excluding all holidays and weekends.
