However,depending on the implant system used,the manufacture of an individual impression tray might be necessary.This means additional time,costs and another appointment for the patient.
The WINTRAY has been especially adapted to this procedure.It is an impression tray with removable segments-it is rigid, re-usable and can be sterilized and only a single appointment is required for casting a perfect working model.
Do not use adhesives!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1.Select the size of impression tray and remove the appropriate segments for the posts in the dental arch from the impression tray.
2.Load the impression tray with impression material and press it onto the dentition until the screws in the impression posts can be felt.
3.Once the material has hardened,loosen the holding screws of the impression posts and remove the impression tray from mouth.The impression posts remains firmly positioned into the impression.
4.Usually,the material can be removed easily from the impression tray without being cut.
INDICATIONS
Single or multiple implant placement
The WINTRAY with removable segments can be used for taking impression of all sectors of the dental arches,regardless of their shape,as it is available in several sizes.
The correct numbered segment for the clinical situation is removed to expose the implant zone precisely.
Placing implants in edentulous cases
When fabricating the implant-supported full dentures,several to all segments can be removed. The impression tray is used in the same way.
Tooth-borne restorations
As the impression material is accessible,when fabricating tooth-bome restorations the impression can be removed from the model without fracturing the slender, fragile dies.
CLEANINE AND STERILIZATION
It is made of stainless steel and as a consequence sterilizable and fulfills therefore all requirements in the traceability of the procedure of the sterilization
- Clean the impression tray and the removed segments carefully by using customarycleaning solutions.
- Set in all segments and tighten the screws carefully.Do not tighten them toostrongly as the thread might overload and break.
- Take through the sterilization procedure in the normal way(max.200C/392 F).

Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.
