PRODUCTS
Most of products are an accurate scale model and not a toy. They contain highly intricate, delicate parts which are extremely fragile and must be handled with special care. Not suitable for children under 14 years or for those unfamiliar with the products. We cannot and will not accept any responsibility for the mishandling of the products. Handle with great care; do not drop, bump, break, force or scratch the products with unusal or unnessary force. Long term exposure to direct sunlight may cause damage.
We reserves the right to refuse any claim, return or demands for refund for the product following improper use or handling.
Resin/white metal model cars are hand made and hand printed. There will be inconsistency due to this nature. This is accepted by the buyer when the order is placed and will not be a considered fault and therefore no credit will be issued.
YOUR ORDER
We only sells products to adults through the Website who can purchase its products
using a Paypal credit card. By purchasing a product using the Website, you
represent to us that you are an adult and that you are authorized to make the
purchase using the Paypal account information you provide. When you use this ebay

information and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept
responsibility for all activities that occur on your computer relating to any

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our account from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. All prices displayed on the account are quoted in US dollar and must be paid in full, including delivery charges.
Payment may be made by PayPal. We do not offer any credit facilities, so we will not deliver Products to you if you do not pay for your order in full at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received 14-28 days.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. While we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products howsoever caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
Import duties and other taxes levied by the destination country are to be borne by the recipient.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items are
despatched well packed. If any items are received damaged or faulty please
contact us immediately upon receipt.(Returns are accepted within 14 days of
delivery to you.)
Returns/Exchanges are accepted on unopened merchandise. All shipping and
insurance charges will be the customer's responsibility unless the
return/exchange is the result of our error.
