This derailleur came from a higher end 80s road bike, and is currently NOT RIDEABLE. The upper pulley needs to be replaced, its plastic bushing cracked and now the metal pulley slips off easily and gets stuck. The whole pulley needs to be replaced but otherwise the derailleur seems to be in good shape.
