With the existing band, it can fit wrists from approximately 7 to 8.5 inches around. Band is approximately 20mm wide and case is approximately 40mm wide at widest point.
Item is cosmetically in good condition with only some light scratches on the metal parts. Watch is not currently running. It likely only needs a new battery but buy at your own risk.
