Dongding, également orthographié Tung-ting, est un thé oolong de Taiwan. Les feuilles originales proviennent d'un plant de thé beaucoup plus ancien dans les montagnes chinoises de Wuyi dans la province du Fujian. Le nom Dongding signifie « sommet gelé », qui est le nom de la montagne de Taiwan sur laquelle les plants de thé originaux prélevés dans les montagnes Wuyi ont été plantés.
Pour de nombreux amateurs de oolong, Dong Ding Wulong est considéré comme le oolong taïwanais haut de gamme. Cela suit la méthode de production traditionnelle Dongding. Dongding Oolong est généralement rôti moyennement (environ 30 %). Goût doux naturel, notes riches de jasmin et de magnolia avec un corps sirupeux, expulse l'air brumeux de haute montagne et chante sur un air d'orchestre floral.
Brasser le thé Oolong de Taiwan :
Suggérez 8-10 g de thé avec 150-200 ml,100.C d'eau à infuser comme thé KongFu, tremper 5-10 fois, peut infuser plus de 6 fois ;
Stockage :
Faites-vous sceller et mettez-le dans un endroit froid frais ou au réfrigérateur, avec une température de 0-18 degrés (attention à : assurez-vous que le thé est scellé, en attendant, ne peut pas être combiné avec une autre odeur, en cas de tache d'odeur.

Dongding, also spelled Tung-ting, is an oolong tea from Taiwan. The original leaves were taken from a much older tea plant in China's Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province. The name Dongding means "Frozen Summit", which is the name of the mountain in Taiwan on which the original tea plants taken from the Wuyi Mountains were planted.
For many oolong lovers, Dong Ding Wulong is considered the premium Taiwanese oolong. That follow the traditional Dongding production method. Dongding Oolong is typically medium roasted (about 30%). Natural smooth taste, Rich Jasmine and Magnolia notes with a syrupy body, expels misty high-mountain air and sings to a tune of floral orchestra.
Brewing Taiwan Oolong Tea:
Suggest 8-10g of tea with 150-200ml,100.C water to brew as KongFu Tea,soak 5-10s a times,can brew over 6 times;
Storage:
Get sealed and put in the cool cold place or refrigerator, with the tempreture of 0-18 degrees(Attention must be paid to: make sure the tea is sealed up, meanwhile can not put together with another odor, in case of taint of odour.
