Yes, you are correct - he is a cutie !  He is 12 inches tall.  See the photo with the mark on his shoulder plate.  He has a cloth body with composition legs/feet, arms/hands, and shoulder plate/head.  His composition does not have any crazing.  And think considering that he was made somewhere in the 1940's.  He has a vintage jump suit; cotton underwear & blouse; leather shoes and cotton socks.  He is a wonderful character.  From my home to yours.
