PAYMENT:
- If no
special arrangements have been agreed on then you may use eBay checkout at
any time. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours of your
purchase.
- Unless
other prior arrangements have been made, payment must be made within 7
days of purchase. After 7 days the
item will be relisted and we will begin eBay's non-payer process.
SHIPPING:
- For
smaller items shipping is via USPS first class mail. Larger items are shipped via Priority
Shipping.
- Shipping
is charged at the best rate available and is nonnegotiable.
- All larger
items are all individually prepackaged so we cannot combine shipping on
those. For a number of smaller
items please contact us about combined shipping.
- We usually
ship within two business days.
INSURANCE:
- If the
item was sent Priority mail, or if you requested insurance for
non-Priority mail, any damaged items need to be reported to your postal
authority and a claim filed.
REFUNDS:
- All items
are sold AS IS. There are no
refunds unless you receive an item, which differs significantly from the
item description and/or photos. You
must email us within 2 business days of receiving the faulty item to
arrange a refund. We expect the
item to be shipped back using the same shipping method as the item was
sent. We will send the refund as
soon as the faulty item is returned.
In addition, your postage for return of the faulty item will be
refunded to you.
- If a
replacement item is available an exchange can be arranged.
