Vintage Empire State Building 3D Puzzle Book 1980 By Alan Rose Never Used As Is

The puzzle pieces are contained within the pages of this book, just have to be cut out to assemble. There’s instructions included to tell what you need, what to do and how to do it. It looks like all the pages are there and nothing has been cut on. The puzzle pieces are made of sturdy card stock and are in good condition, may have some slight soiling or discoloration from age but still look good. The cover and some of the pages (especially the corners) have some heavy damage, looks to be from some type of insect but the puzzle pieces look to be fine from what I can see. The book is not sealed but it is complete.
