A NICELY SCULPTURED AND DECORATED VICTORIAN BISQUE FIGURE OF AN EARLIER CENTURY ENGLISH GENTLEMAN OUT WALKING WITH HIS DOG.

THE DOG IS PROBABLY A 'KING CHARLES SPANIEL', WHICH WAS, AND STILL IS, A POPULAR BREED.

SUBTLE COLOUR HIGHLIGHTS.  DECORATED WITH THE BISQUE BALLS.  THESE WERE ALL GILDED BY HAND AT THE TIME OF MANUFACTURE.   

NO CRACKS OR RE-STUCK BREAKAGES.   IN VERY GOOD ORDER.      HEIGHT 10"  /  26 CM
