Two piece set includes plastic lined bucket with metal brass finished trim and swivel handle.  Plastic lining is not even inside bucket. Handle seems to be bent but functions as intended.

Cover is metal with brass finished that is worn throughout and has minor rust in various places. Cover pull is fixed by a screw that tightly in place.
