COVER has some Discoloration, Staining, Tears, Markings, Fraying & Creases.

On Reverse Top Flap is Missing. 

Written description of letter sent. (A request to meet with CSA Vice President Stephens concerning an appointment to the Ordinance Department.)

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis and all returns must be made within 30 days.
