Reasons:

There is a cracks on screen it’s not visible need to check very closely

However we plug in charger look like is turning on the bottom keys light up . Can hear the taping click when pressing the buttons . But nothing on screen .

Couldn’t test it properly as screen is blank nothing on screen.

We didn’t test it properly
