Vintage, possibly antique, Czech Blue Emerald Cut Glass Tiered Open Work Brooch & Two Tone Blue Glass Bead Necklace. I believe that this is probably Czech glass, judging by the glass work and the prong set, but it is unmarked as such. The brooch is very unusual in a 3 tiered design with the glass stone as the showstopper on top tier. I suspect that  the metal work is a brass composite. Brooch has several areas of patina (not rust) or plating wear particularly at bottom edge- see photos. I noted one small flea bite on a long edge of the emerald cut glass piece. It is visible in zoom- so see photos. The necklace has some greening where strands connect to the clasp mechanism. The brooch measures 1.75" x 1.25" approximately and the necklace is about 17" long including extender. It is a choker size. Beautiful set!
