A SOLID SILVER SPOON

Description: A Rare Fine Solid Silver Marriage Spoon, probably Scandinavian (Norwegian/Swedish) c.1680-1700. Beautiful floral engraved decoration with two initials engraved to back of handle ‘MAD’ and ‘AAB’ - One set may be for the receiver of the spoon and the other could be a location set of initials. (see image).

Hallmarks: Unmarked

Condition: Very good condition, Minor general surface wear commensurate with age and use.
