If you require additional imaging, we can usually add it within hours, but certainly will get it done within a day.  We are collectors ourselves, so please don’t feel shy about asking.

SHIPPING:

We purchase all new packing materials from Uline and use oversized boxes with plenty of extra cardboard, bubble and pack paper to make certain your item arrives safely.  We only ship via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex 1 or 2-day air, and your package should generally arrive within 1-3 business days after leaving our facility.  Sometimes the shipping companies may have delays, but that is outside of our control.  Read our comments section to alleviate any concerns about packing/shipping.

SHIPPING RATES:

Our combined shipping rates are at cost less a small discount depending on how many items you buy and the total value of your invoice.  It is inexpensive for us to ship to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, with additional LBs only 20-40 cents, so extra slabs are FREE.  Shipping to the West Coast can get expensive with additional LBs at $5 or more, so we aren’t always able to absorb all of that, especially on low value items.  CGC slabs weigh about 0.8 LBs (old) to 1.2 LBs (new), which means at times an extra slab will add 2-lbs to the shipping weight, so we need to see what you are buying before being able to quote you the lowest rate possible.  Please be aware that the overlord also takes their 12% fee on shipping charges (as well as on sales tax), so we are on average left with less than 87% of ship fees to cover materials and USPS charges. 

REQUESTING COMBINED SHIPPING:

Please follow these instructions to request a combined shipping invoice. 

1. USE A DESKTOP COMPUTER – It won’t work from the ebay phone app.

2. ADD TO CART – click Add to Cart for each item.  Do not click Buy-Now.

3. REQUEST INVOICE in CART SUMMARY – once items are added to cart, go to the summary page and click “Request Invoice”.  Do not click Checkout, as that won't allow us to update shipping.  You will only see this on a PERSONAL COMPUTER, not on your phone or the ebay app.

4. REVISED INVOICE – pay only after we send back the revised invoice.
