This 2-person tent's compact size makes it a great choice for car camping or backpacking adventures. Skydome tents are available in a range of sizes (2-person, 4-person, 6-person, or 8-person), with or without Dark Room™ technology.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

    A: Please inspect the package and its contents for any damages. If damages or issues are found, please note them before signing the bill of lading. If there are no damages, please sign the bill of lading to release the package from the carrier.

    Q: Can I return a product if I signed for it but later noticed damages?
    A: If damages were not previously noted on the bill of lading, the product(s) cannot be refused. Once signed by you, our insurance with the shipping company is voided, and any claims made afterward may be refused. Therefore, please inspect your package carefully to avoid any issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returning a damaged item or an item with a fitment issue:

  3. We will provide you with a return label and an RMA Identification Number for you to return the item.
  4. Use the provided return label to send the item back to us for a refund or exchange.
