The top and skirt are amazing quality - this is not something from China or the Halloween store. It was actually purchased as an eBay listing of a designer who makes them by hand. You will be blown away by this, my daughter got so many compliments on Halloween night!
The size ordered was a 6 but it is stretchy material so it should work if your kiddo is close to that size.
It is used - it was worn once on Halloween. Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
