VELLO MULTI-FUNCTION BALL HEAD CS-BH2
WITH 90 DEGREE ARTICULATION, LOCKING KNOB, AND HOT/COLD SHOE MOUNT

The Multi-Function Ball Head with Removable Bottom Shoe Mount from Vello can mount directly to a DSLR shoe mount, and allows for the attachment of a full array of video accessories. Specifically meant to attach monitors or small lights to your camcorder or camera while shooting video, this ball head has a single locking knob for fast and safe operation, and is easily removable.

Accessories attach via the 1/4"-20 screw thread on top, and the bottom features a removable shoe mount and a 3/8" thread with a supplied 1/4"-20 bushing. The head itself allows for 90º vertical articulation to get just the angle you need.
See images 7, 8, and 9 for how the brass 1/4 inch bushing can be removed from the ball head, leaving a 3/8 inch threaded hole.

So easy to use. Simply slide the shoe mount onto your camera, tighten the bottom knurled ring to secure it. 
Screw the ball head onto the shoe mount and tighten the top knurled ring.
Then lock the ball head position in place with the side knob, connect your accessory, and you're ready to go.

The Nanlite Shoe Mount to 1/4"-20 Adapter can be used to attach various accessories to the top of your camera. Via the shoe mount foot on the bottom, the compact adapter can be secured directly to the shoe mount on the top of your camera. Then you can attach 1/4"-20 compatible accessories to the 1/4"-20 mounting screw. The adapter can also be mounted on camera cages and other camera supports that have a shoe mount that it can insert into. EASY TO TIGHTEN AND LOOSEN - Two knurled locking nuts let you easily fasten the adapter to a camera and secure the attached piece of gear (the Vello ball head-- OR another device-- in the desired position.

Overall, this Vello CS-BH2 ball head is nice and solid with impressive weight. Nice quality for the low price!

Honestly, this ball head doesn't even look used! No obvious signs of wear. Fully operable and very CLEAN! Includes the original packaging card. And again, the shoe mount is brand new!

If you are the buyer of this listing and for any reason cancel your purchase, you will be charged a $4.00 fee to compensate me for the time I invest in wrapping, boxing, and packaging the item; purchasing and printing out a shipping label, etc. It takes USPS up to two weeks to reimburse me for a label that I don't use.
