This ad is in good condition, although there is darkening of the paper which is understandable due to its age! No other flaws noticeable if there are it's mild and if you are planning to have the ad framed then it shouldn't be visible at all!!
All paper (unless archival paper) darkens with age due to oxidation which can also cause the musty "old book" smell.
