How To Use Your Chapati Maker

Open the plates and connect the plug into a socket , Wait till the indicator

light automatically goes off. The unit is ready for use. The temperature

ill be maintained by the thermostat, and the indicator will glow

accordingly. Prepare the dough balls of about an inch in diameter.

Flatten these balls slightly. Place a dough ball slightly off center,

towards the rear of the bottom plate, as shown in the illustration.

Flip the Roti over. In about 20-25 seconds,

air bubbles will begin to form on the top surface of the Roti.

Your Roti cooked in the new Chapati Maker is now ready to be served.

Note : If the Roti is found to be of an irregular shape, check whether

the dough contains enough water. If not, add some more water and mix well.

For best results avoid pressing the lever again & again.

Even that can be the cause of a broken Roti.
