James Tyler Studio Elite Burning Water

A rare Guitar with 1 11/16 Nut Width (as opposed to more common 1 5/8 nut width). Wider nut width is better for soloists who feel more comfortable with more space between strings!

This is a lightly used and still in overall excellent condition Studio Elite from James Tyler. Finished in their unique Burning Water technique, the guitar features a quartersawn maple neck with an Indian rosewood fretboard, compound fretboard radius and a trio of James Tyler pickups in a HSS configuration.

Mamywo body, Standard 59 neck carve, quatersawn maple neck, Hipshot locking tuners, compound 10-12" radius, Nut width 1 11/16", Indian RW board, JTS2500 neck and middle pickups, Secret bridge pickup and awesome Burning Water finish with natural arm contour!

This is an amazing guitar! You'll want to set it up to your liking but that's the easy part, other than falling completely in love with it. Some natural playwear on the pickguard (it's black and shows all the swirling) And on the forearm area.

Unique Mamywo Wood has a unique tonality which is in between Alder & Ash -

but the good thing is that it is extremely light weight!

Had a full setup recently and is ready to go on stage or hit the studio!

The only caveat is that it has light finish crack on one side of the neck pocket, nothing in the wood at all!

Rest it is a super slick guitar and a great model from James Tyler - which are really really hard to come by these days.

I’m selling this guitar as I’m not really a strat player and this one is too good to be lying around and not be lovingly played!
