5 Gallons of Colored Concrete Sealer X-3 manufactured by Stone Technologies Corp. 

 Colored Concrete Sealer X-3 is a special blend of polysiloxanes which crosslink below the surface of the concrete making the concrete surface water repellent stain resistant allowing spills be removed more easily. This product can either be applied alone or on top of the X-1 or X-2 products provide double protection of the concrete with both deep sealing a repellent finish. 

It is available in 20 colors as shown on the color chart.

Colored Concrete Sealer X-3 can be applied on all types of decorative stained pavers, aggregate driveways walkways, bricks, clay tiles, sandstone, limestone, marble, granite, slate and any natural stones. It can be used on above grade plaster stucco providing a breathable barrier against water, stains acids will seal hair line cracks. The product can also be used seal swimming pools and fish ponds to prevent water escaping through the concretes' capilliaries pores. It can also be used in dog kennels and agricultural institutions to provide stain resistance which assists in the maintenance of these enclosures. 

Colored Concrete Sealer X-3 is easy apply using a brush, medium nap roller or low pressure sprayer. The surface be treated does not need any special treatment but it must be clean allow proper penetration of the product. It will cover approximately 200 400 square feet per gallon depending on the concrete porosity two coats are recommended. Typically a 5 gallon pail can seal up 1,000 square feet of poured concrete using two applications. 

The product leaves a natural finish (no sheen) after application the surface will not be slippery. 

Colored Concrete Sealer X-3 has also been proven as an effective anti-graffitti barrier helping prevent paints, aerosols crayons from adhering the wall allowing easy removal if they do. 

Colored Concrete Sealer X-3 is a ready use product does not require the addition of an activator which means that it has a shelf life of at least 6 months.
