Package and delivery:

If goods are damaged during the transport, please inform our service department within 3 days after goods are received.

Expedited  shipping by DHL, UPS,TNT or FedEx express (taken about 4-10 days ) ; 

Standard Shipping by ePacket  ,China Post Air Mail ,Hongkong Post(Normally taken about 7-29 days ,

Partly would be taken about 1-2 months by the unavoidable risk of standard shipment such as Russia & Brazil etc.)  

2. There are no shipments on weekend and public holidays.

General products return requirements:

1.Please contact with us in 5 days after you receive the goods if you find any quality problems.

Return or exchange is acceptable for the problems products.

2.Please confirm that you have bought the right products when make purchasing.

If you make mistakes when purchasing, then we will charge you 15% return poundage (Special products are non-refund or exchange).

3.If the undeserved damage is caused due to personal reasons, we don't accept return or exchange.
