 We do our best to professionally package your items for safe shipping. We use new shipping materials for one reason and that is so you will be able to see any outer damage to the packing. We also take photos and post them so that you can see the condition of the merchandise you will be receiving. Please do the following when receiving your item?

TRUCKING COMPANIES ARE GIVING US 5 DAYS TO REPORT HIDDEN DAMAGES AND 1 DAY FOR EXTERIOR DAMAGES TO ANY ITEM SHIPPED. IT HAS TO BE NOTED ON THE BOL WITH THE DRIVE WHEN DELIVERED AND YOU NEED TO CALL US IMMEDIATELY @3364758586. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND RECOUP OUR MONEY SO WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AFTER THOSE DAYS.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THOSE DAYS.

THIS NOT OUR RULE BUT THE TRUCKING COMPANIES.  IT IS SUPPOSED TO HELP KEEP DOWN FRAUD. WHEN YOU SIGN THE BILL OF LADING, YOU ARE SIGNING THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK WITH PHYSICAL APPEARANCE.  THEY KNOW THERE CAN BE HIDDEN DAMAGE BUT THE TRUCKING COMPANIES ARE GETTING EXTREMELY TOUGH ON THIS AND IF YOU FAIL TO REPORT ANY DAMAGE WITH IN THE 5 DAY WINDOW OR 1 DAY WINDOW IT WILL BE UP TO YOU TO REPAIR YOUR ITEM, KEEP IT OR SCRAP IT.  SO DO NOT WAIT TO REPORT ANYTHING!!!!!

YOU NEED TO INSPECT YOUR ITEM THE MOMENT IT COMES IN. IF THERE IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO PACKAGING, NOTE IT ON THE BOL AND ASK DRIVER TO GET A CLAIM NUMBER.  UN-PACK IT AND CHECK YOUR PICTURES WE PROVIDE SHOWING ANY COSMETIC DAMAGE ON THE UNIT. IF THERE ARE ACCESS DOORS LIKE HEATING & COOLING EQUIPMENT YOU NEED TO TAKE THEM OFF AND CHECK TO BE SURE COMPRESSORS ARE STRAIGHT AND HAVEN’T SHIFTED ETC.   IF YOUR UNIT COMES IN WITH PHYSICAL DAMAGE NOT IN THE PICTURES, YOU ALSO NEED TO INSPECT AND SEE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT OR IT’S BAD ENOUGH JUST REFUSE IT.  WE DON’T TAKE RETURNS AS LONG AS THE PICTURE TELLS YOU OF ANY COSMETIC DAMAGES ARE THERE. NOT ALL ITEMS HAVE ANY DAMAGE, BUT WE PICTURE THOSE THAT DO.

BE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE PACKAGING IF THERE IS DAMAGE, THEN PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE OF THE UNIT.  WE HAV TO SEND THEM TO INSURANCE COMPANY TO HELP RESOLVE THIS MATTER.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK.  5 DAYS ARE THE LIMITS HIDDEN DAMAGE…   1 DAYS FOR EXTERIOR DAMAGE. 

Please make sure that you have checked out all the pictures of the item, If it has any dings or light cosmetic 
scratches there will be pictures showing them.
