(2).Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date we will change another one for you or refund your money back.

(3).Please note that If the return/replacement is not a result of our mistake (not defective or wrong item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, as well as a 20% restocking fee.

(4).Replacement or refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. If you do not want to wait for the replacement, you can just reorder one and then send the first one back for a refund.
