Great working condition! House in great shape except for small piece of upper rail broke off (see pic 9). I will send the small piece I have but not sure it can really be glued back on or anything. Please see pics 3,4,5 lower rail came loose and can be glued back on. It doesn't appear to be damaged in any way.
