New, without tags. Size: 11-12 year old. These skirts retail from $150-$263.

Lined, with layers of black tulle, a fabric with red metallic roses on it and a top layer of tulle accented with gold beads. This skirt is full and fancy! Pull on style with an elastic waist, the gold JUNONA logo crown is in the center of the waist. The waistband is a shiny, stretchy gold metallic and it’s 13” across. The skirt is 19” long.
