If u shine a maglight clearly on the surface of the stamp where the flaws are, u will see surface is smooth and not rough or "hairy".  A smooth surface indicates that the paper is itself unblemished whereas a rough or hairy appearance indicates the original surface of the paper has been torn by something adhering to it & following the adhesion becoming unstuck, a coarse texture mark results. The frame flaws on this stamp show clearly unblemished smooth paper and are therefore genuine.
