We ship to the Continental U.S. and Alaska/Hawaii ONLY. Orders are

processed unless mentioned differently. Items are shipped from a US based
location and the carrier is dependent on the best method of shipping for the
item. We only ship to confirmed US addresses. You are responsible for your
account and all contact information including the correct shipping address.
Please make sure your name and address is correct. We do not reship if an item
is returned due to an incorrect address. The transaction will be cancelled upon
return and a case will be opened with eBay in accordance with misinformation
rules. Also, we only ship to the confirmed address so please do not ask to
have shipment sent to an alternate address.
If listed item includes "FREE Shipping" - We
ship Standard or 1st Class Mail in USA except for
Hawaii and Alaska.
Alaska or Hawaii residents, if item
states "Free Shipping", an additional shipping surcharge will be
applied to cover shipping costs.

Return Policy:
Refunds are only for purchase price minus any shipping and
handling fees. Customer pays return shipping for any purchase in which the
purchaser requests a return unless damaged. Returned items must be in
original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use including nicks,
scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the items, any components, instruments
or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging,
manuals, warranties and accessories or your return will be subject to a return
handling charge. If items are in heat sealed packaging, and the packaging
has been damaged or opened, refunds will not be processed without clearance
from seller in advance of the request. If returned within the 30 day
period, a refund minus shipping will be given. If breakable items are broken
during the shipping process, pictures must be provided before refund will be
issued. If no pictures are provided a refund will not be issued. We try to test
our used products before they are listed. We will try to make known any issues
with our products. We want our customers to be happy and try to give an
accurate description and provide a number of pictures. We will do our best to
answer any questions in advance so please ask prior to bidding or
purchasing.
Your refund will be promptly processed upon successful evaluation
of your returned item from our trained category professionals. Again, refunds
are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of
the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
