Blade Material is Clay Tempered T-10 Carbon Steel. Razor Sharp. Polished brass habsaki and tsuba. Wrapped wooden handle in genuine rayskin. Brown cord wrapped with brass menuki. Decorative cord tassel. Swords come with brown wooden scabbard with brass polished accents.

This WWII Japanese Type 98 Gunto Officer's Katana Sword makes an excellent presentation award. This sword and symbol of rank was originally used by the Imperial Japanese Army between the years of 1935 and 1945.
