The dress has a elastic side panels that are pulled together by the gold trim, and measures 14" across unstretched under the arms, and is 25" from neckline to hem. The headband ties around your head.
A short crinoline underskirt also by Leg Avenue is included with this costume. This will help fill out the power part of the dress, to make it look more like the picture on the packaging. This was purchased separately, but comes with this costume.
