Vintage Marx Tin Litho Target Soldier INFANTRY 1930's production. This guy was used with a Marx pop gun or air gun as part of a target array , you would shoot corks or wooden bullets at the Tin Litho soldiers and get points as you knocked them down this one was worth 5 points. Each of the Tin Litho soldiers had a little vignette on the bottom providing description or history .
This one says " INFANTRY PRIVATE THE FOOT SOLDIER IS THE BACKBONE OF THE ARMY"
