Unlike other sellers our photos are not stock photos taken from the internet. All our photos are of our actual hair individually photographed in natural daylight without a flash. We try our very best to show the real colour of our extensions but please always bear in mind hair is multi tonal and will always appear different in different lighting and on different computer monitors.

Caring for your extensions
We
recommend using Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner for dry &
damaged hair (light blue bottles), fully blow dry only with a flat
paddle brush and blow dry as straight as possible. We recommend styling
after - apply heat defense spray and Organix Moroccan dry oil spray
which you can purchase in any high street stores, straighten on a cool
to medium heat to smooth the cuticles and maintain a shine. We do not
recommend GHD's they are way too hot for processed hair extensions at
220 degrees, they dry the ends of the hair which affect the longevity of
the hair. We recommend washing 2-3 times per week depending on your
hair type. Absolutely avoid swimming pools, saunas and
sunbeds. Never ever sleep with wet hair, always ensure fully dry and tie
in a loose ponytail before bed. Rapunzels
do not accept any liability for incorrect fitting of their hair
extensions so it is imperative that hair is fitted by a qualified
professional in this particular field of hair extensions. Our hair is
human hair and can be dyed however Rapunzels will not accept any
liability for the outcome so it is important that you test a small
amount
first before dying the whole lot as you will void any return rights once
the hair is dyed.

Often our post goes much later, but to absolutely guarantee same day dispatch please pay before 10am.
All items purchased Friday after post collection and weekend purchases will be sent out monday morning.
Although
we take great care by sending all of our items recorded delivery,
sometimes items can get delayed or go astray. We are totally reliant on
the Royal Mail to deliver our items. In this instance unfortunately we
do have to ask our customers to be patient and allow 10 working days for
their item to arrive before we can deem the item as lost and issue them
with a refund or replacement.
Returns
You
have up to 14 days to decide to keep or return your order, items must
be returned as delivered in their original condition and packaging.
Colour exchanges are available but we do ask for the exchange postage
cost. Please contact us for details before returning.
