• Pre-Softened - fresh HomeWrap is horribly stiff and noisy until it is broke in, so we have gently Pre-Stressed the Tyvek for your convenience.
• Double Reinforced Corners -  polyethylene coated fabric on both sides provides a FAR superior base for the grommets than Tyvek (or folded Tyvek) alone and greatly reduces the chance of the tie outs ever tearing free. 
• Solid Brass Grommets - will not rust and are even more corrosion resistant than stainless steel, the top choice for camping and outdoor applications.
• 4 EA Marine Grade Bungee Ties - this is our favorite way to tie out Tyvek because the bungees work as shock absorbers while keeping the Tyvek gently stretched out and yet firmly in place - practically eliminates the risk of a tear out.
