Before opening a case, Please REACH OUT TO ME FIRST, within 24hrs of receiving the package, to see if I can help you. I do double/triple check all items, but I am human.
Clothing/Product Conditions:
Measurements are provided in the photos for most items, I stay zoomed out so you can see where the tape starts/ends, simply click on the image & zoom in to see the measurement. It is recommended that you compare to a similar item in your closet that fits you well.
Colors can appear different on each persons monitor/screen. I take my images in natural light & do my best to get them to show as true to color as possible, and will reference it if I feel it's not accurately shown.
All items are free of any kind of smoke or unpleasant odors.
Some items may come from pet-friendly homes, and I always do my best to eliminate all pet-hair, but can not guarantee that some may get missed on occasion.
Every item is inspected multiple times, including a final time when it's being packed to ship. I do not re-launder/steam again at this point, so your item may need a bit refreshing upon its arrival.

I carefully package your items & have them ready for carrier pickup same or next business day once notice of payment has been received per listed cut-off time.
Please understand that I have ZERO control over how long it takes the carrier to get the package to you, nor how they handle it once it's in their hands. All I can do is make sure I package it correctly & get it into their hands in promised time.
I try to give at least two shipping options on items over 1lb, for you to pick which is best for you. If you would like to upgrade a shipping service or have one added that's not listed, just let me know BEFORE purchasing & I will add the option for you.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct on your account before purchasing & includes apt/lot# if applicable, I will NOT change the ship to address from what was used upon purchasing. Also, non-USPS carriers will NOT deliver to PO Boxes, so if you choose another option, you must use your physical address.
Shipments returned as undeliverable or refused, will be charged to re-ship. If no response/re-ship, you will not be refunded original S/H cost, and any refund beyond that will be less a 20% re-stocking fee.
