This purchase is for the Diagnostics, and is non-refundable. 

The repair service/work is free with the diagnostics purchase

1. Purchase the service.

2. We will ask a few questions.

3. We'll tell you what to send and where to ship it.

4. After diagnostics you let us know if you want to proceed with repair or not 

    (based on the cost of the parts needed to complete the repair).

5. You then pay for the parts and/or return shipping & we'll perform the repairs and  return your drone.

If your drone is considered totaled, meaning the cost exceed the value of the drone, you may be offered a scrap replacement trade-in
