Returns
Items are sold as is, returns are accepted if the item does not match what is described  in auction.  I understand if you change your mind, but please mark the return appropriately if that is the case.  

We inspect all items before we list and sell them, We also have well trained employees that utilize a specific shipping technique that we have perfected over the years.  If you contact us and tell us that there was "no padding and only used a little piece of toilet paper to protect the model" that is not a valid response, as we are a solid company that has proper procedures set up to ensure your models get there safely and we never ship in that manner. 

We are shipping fragile models that might occasionally need repairs.  They are models that are assembled with super glue and occasionally a weapon arm will come lost or a model will fall off its base.  We sell a great deal of pre - owned models and some models were assembled with super glue and some with plastic glue, so some repairs are inevitable. 

If there are any problems with your shipment, please contact us. We will do what I can to fix the problem as fast as I can.  Please allow us to make something right before you leave negative feedback.
