This brake came from an early 2000s mountain bike that I parted out, and doesn't work at all. The lever seems to be broken, it moves with no resistance for about half its swing distance and doesn't move the caliper at all. See video for a demonstration. The hose is about 28.5 inches long, not including the fittings.
