Southland cuts into what was the Robert H. Morse parcel with Plantation splitting off of it enabling the subdividing of the Morse property
Bermuda Lane looks like it was an access to the Bessemer Properties Inc. parcel west of N County Rd.
S. Woods cuts off County Road right around the property line between the Paul L. Maddock and Nellie A. Cluett parcels
N. Woods and E. Woods were added inside the Merrill's Landing parcel

October 1920. Nichols sold the 125 Brazilian Avenue house to Charles E. Merrill (Merrill Lynch & Company) and his first wife Elizabeth Church Merrill. Following the Merrills’ divorce in 1925, Merrill remarried, keeping Mille Fleurs, the Palm Beach house, until the mid-1930s. The Merrills bought Bywater Lodge-Al Poniente, the former Cluett-Ritter house, and rebuilt it as Merrill’s Landing on North Lake Trail. From NY Social Diary.    James Merrill, son of Charles, wrote poetry manuscripts, For more James Merrill resources at Washington University Libraries, including other digital exhibits, see the James Merrill page on their website
Paul L. Maddock, -  305 Maddock Way, Duck's Nest, the Second-Oldest House in Palm Beach, Florida
Nellie A. Cluett,  -  Episcopal Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, a Spanish Gothic structure built in 1925, was designed by New York architects Hiss and Weekes. In 1931, Nellie Cluett, whose parents were founding members of the church, hired Walter Thomas of Philadelphia to design a garden in their memory. The small garden, only 1/3 of an acre, reflects an Italian influence, with water features, parterres, and tropical plants orchestrated on two highly-detailed tiers.
