Just pull YOUR module and send in for repair.
This is NOT a module Sale , you are NOT purchasing replacement unit.
Once module is received it will be repaired within 3-4 business days, full load testing as well as thermal testing is performed.
Procedure;
> Upon purchase of service you will be emailed with shipping address.
> You will be supplied full tracking # when your module ships back to you.
***Please Ship in Entire Amp bucket, Do Not Remove Boards from amp bucket***
***You are responsible for any shipping charges to get the module to us. We cover shipping back to you.
**Please NOTE if board is burnt or damaged beyond repair.
I will also give you options on repair if interested.
***Modules that come in and are not able to be verified with any problems will be charged a flat rate of $135. Any purchase price over that will be refunded. ***
***Any modules still under factory warranty please message us.
Warranty units are covered by QSC and can be serviced by us at no charge to you with copy of the bill of sale.
