Evidence of age and wear on the book -- very rough cover, corners, spine.  Lots of wear, fragile.  Postcards preserved by the book.  Selling as we found it at a local estate. See photos for specifics but we lack space to show photos of all of the fabulous antique postcards.  There are holiday postcards (no Halloween), travel, special occasion, etc. 193 postcards in the old book.  Most pages have three postcards in place.  There are few blank spaces.  We are selling as we found it -- no information on previous owner.
