These stamps are ungraded. No returns accepted. As-is condition. These stamps have been collected over the past 50 years by my Grandfather and neatly stored in wax paper envelopes in an antique desk in his office. He passed away in January 2023 and I am trying to sell some of his collection in order to surprise my Grandmother by paying off her house.
