This is a gorgeous floral asymmetrical top. The top has very few details, exact era and brand is not known, but I am guessing its from the 80s. This top is in a flowy material, in a v shape, much like a poncho with sleeves. The top is in fantastic condition, with no signs of wear. Would fit a modern 10-12, and also has a lot of excess material (as shown in photos), so could even be maternity wear.
