Mitsubishi Kagaku(CHEMICAL) Media has switched its products sold in Japan from the "MITSUBISHI" brand to the "Verbatim" brand.

Verbatim brand products sold in Japan will be sold by IO Data Equipment as the exclusive agent. So, I think the product in the photo you attached is a product sold outside of Japan from 1990 onwards. Currently, the products I sell do not have the words Mitsubishi Kagaku(CHEMICAL) Media written on them.
