Scanner works as it should It is USED and in Good Condition, no major scuffs or damage. Knobs were painted with magenta paint to see them more easily (paint will come off with nail polish remover). Does NOT come with charger, programming cable, programming software, or any other accessories that would be included if the radio came as original from the factory. Accessories including the programming cable and charger can be bought online and the programming software is available as a free download.
