Here is a cool Edison Blue Amberol cylinder, #3517.  Vernon Dalhart sings the song "Lorraine", with his buddies in the chorus (Gladys Rice, Marion Cox, Harvey Hindermeyer, and Donald Chalmers), and orchestra.  This was recorded on March 14, 1918, and Edison released this cylinder in August 1918.  This is about six years before Mr. Dalhart started performing "mountaineer" or "country" music.  Lovely song with fine singing, a fun listen. The cylinder plays well with fairly limited surface noise.  I will include a period correct (if somewhat battered) cylinder box for you.  Entertain the neighbors with this scarce cylinder, go for it!

Shipping to USA addresses only.  $4.95 ground advantage mail postage and fees, I will ship cylinder in a new box.  Please pay within 24 hours of purchase and I will leave you positive feedback when I ship the cylinder, your positive feedback appreciated!  See my store for more cylinder records, and thanks for looking!!
