Here are the measurements:

Top to Tail (back of neck to bottom, inc collar) - 26.5 inches

Shoulder to shoulder across back - 21 inches

Shoulder to cuff - 24 inches

Armpit to cuff - 17.5 inches

Chest (measured flat on outside) - 22.5 inches

Suggested size - 40-42 inches

The maker's label shows the size as 56 - this is the European size, normally equivalent to a 46 inch chest but as with many items of vintage clothing, its very very small for its labelled size in comparison with modern sizing. Please read the measurements carefully to check if it will fit you before you buy, but we think it will fit a chest of around 40-42 inches.

A SUPERB QUALITY VINTAGE BLACK LEATHER BIKER JACKET. VERY UNUSUAL & DISTINCTIVE DESIGN.

There is built in light padding at the shoulders, elbows and back of the waist.

There are 2 vertical pockets at the waist with velcro and stud fastening and 2 zipped slanted pockets on the chest, plus 2 leather trimmed inside pockets, 1 with zip and 1 with loop and button fastening.

The main zip is concealed beneath a stud fastened flap and there is a belt at the front of the waist.

The jacket has a quilted polyamide lining with leather panels under the arms.

Very good overall condition. The zip on the right wrist has lost its puller (see photos) but the zip still works.
