Completely sheer chiffon sleeves with elasticized cuffs and puff shoulders. Tagged a vintage 14 and should fit a modern M but please check below for best fit. Material has stretch.                          Bust 38-40'' Waist 26-30'' Hips 50'' Length 40'' Shoulder to Shoulder 16'' Sleeve Length 22'' Belt loops but no belt otherwise, excellent condition with no flaws to note.
