The Galaxy fold 3 is factory locked to AT&T

The Outside glass is cracked. Please look at the pics. The inside glass is in good shape

Phone powers up with a good touch-screen, good LCD, a good USB Charge Port, and the device has been data wiped. There is a google account preventing us accessing the phone. It has been reset. The information needed to remove that account is unknown. Only the phone will ship, no charger. The inside glass is in good shape, the outside glass has damage. Please view all pictures.
